  • Bagua Week 1 Class 1

    First lesson, getting some ground work on the Circular form, mainly focusing on how to move the waist.
    We also try the first move of the circular san sau.

    Today we look at more details of the CSS, explaining the difference between the training methods of Bagua and the fighting methods.
    In the Circular Form we get the full first move happening.

    Next move in the form today, Flower Hinds under Leaf, as well as an important lesson on leg structure.
    On the bag we look at the first move in the CSS form.

  • Stretching

    Episode 7

    You should do some stretching after each training session.
    The best time is in the evening when you're relaxing maybe watching a film sitting on the floor.
