    Episode 1

    A great set of warm ups and body strengthening, mobility and fitness class that you should do before each of the main classes, as explained in the intro video.

  • Bagua Week 51 Class 1

    Episode 2

    Today we look at the details of the Bagua wooden man, how and why we are going to start training with it and how to build one cheaply.
    On the bag we start working on kicks. First up is the simple front kick.

    Episode 3

    More work on the bag with the form postures.
    Today we do 3rd palm change up to monkey takes fruit.
    On the bag we do more work on the front kick.

  • Bagua Week 51 Class 3

    Episode 4

    Now it's finishing off the 3rd change and the 4th on the bag.
    Then on our kicks we do more work on the front kick.

  • Stretching

    Episode 5

    You should do some stretching after each training session.
    The best time is in the evening when you're relaxing maybe watching a film sitting on the floor.
