    A great set of warm ups and body strengthening, mobility and fitness class that you should do before each of the main classes, as explained in the intro video.

  • Bagua Week 56 Class 1

    Episode 2

    Today we start the second dummy change.
    On the bag we do some revision on the kicks.

  • Bagua Week 56 Class 2

    Episode 3

    Carrying on the the second dummy change.
    On the bag we learn the Crescent Kick.

  • Bagua Week 56 Class 3

    Still on dummy change number two.
    On the bag we learn the Lotus Kick.

  • Stretching

    Episode 5

    You should do some stretching after each training session.
    The best time is in the evening when you're relaxing maybe watching a film sitting on the floor.
