Forgive me if you've covered this Eli - I am somewhat behind due to other demands on my time...
While making progress in the detail of my form and getting better, from the start, I have had to fight the urge to lean in on the circle as I walk. in the beginning it would even pull me off balance and out of rythm quite regularly. I am better at it now due to more focus on the feet and the palms mainly, but it is still something I have to consciously consider and watch for. Is this normal in early stages of circle walking? Anyone else experience this?
perhaps i should clarify in case it helps anyone else... somehow, focusing on proper palm structure/placement and proper foot structure helps keep me in the proper upright position as i walk the circle.
Hi Christopher.
That's a new one for me, but sounds like you've been able to figure out how to stop it from happening, so that's great :-)
It quite common to be off balance in general, but I've not seen someone always leaning or following into the circle.
I just wanted to mention that you did eventually cover this in week 28, class 3, in case anyone else finds themselves with this challenge. Your insight to this issue was very helpful.
