I have suffered from MS for most of my life. There are different factors that caused it, but chemicals that I was exposed to while in the US military were the catalyst. After COVID it became much worse. MS is a disease of the spine. My body attacks my spinal cord. I was recently confounded when I regained some feeling in my feet and legs. Western medicine generally believes that regaining of abilities lost from MS damage should not be possible. My best guess is that it's a combination of different factors, including a cleaner diet, but the other major change has my practice of Bagua. I am guessing, I am a novice, that the combination of all the twisting and energy work involving the spine has contributed in a major way to the healing of my spine. I only get an MRI once a year to check on damage to my spine, but I will be interested to see if the healing I am feeling shows up on the test. I am now a life long Bagua practitioner.
Thanks,
Keith Sutherland
Wow that's great!
Always interesting to hear stories like this.
Hard to tell if it's the diet change or the Bagua, I would just call it a bit of both :-)
