In this Eli continues with standing Qigong, showing the correct structure to hold the feet, as well as centred sweet spot of the upper spine. We then carry on into the circle san sau, adding the next palm change number 2, as well as doing some revision of palm change 1

Bagua Week 4 Class 2
In this class Eli takes you through the concept of yin muscle activation in your standing qigong, which can be applied throughout all your training.
We then go through some revision of the circular form first palm change and walking, then finish with the first move of palm change number 2. -
Bagua Week 4 Class 3
In this class Eli brings in the final part of your standing Qigong, the neck and arms.
Then continuing with the circular form, first with revision and then taking you in the foot work for the Chicken posture.
