  • Warm up

    Episode 1

    A great set of warm ups and body strengthening, mobility and fitness class that you should do before each of the main classes, as explained in the intro video.

  • Taiji Week 51 Class 1

    Episode 2

    Today we finish our second run through of the second third.
    On the bag we start working on kicks. First up is the simple front kick.

    Now we start the third third.
    Working our way through Slant Flaying.
    On the back we do more work on the front kick.

    Today we do more work on Slant Flying.
    On the bag it's more front kicking.

  • Stretching

    Episode 5

    You should do some stretching after each training session.
    The best time is in the evening when you're relaxing maybe watching a film sitting on the floor.
