    A great set of warm ups and body strengthening, mobility and fitness class that you should do before each of the main classes, as explained in the intro video.

  • Taiji Week 1 Class 1

    Episode 4

    Frist class of the course, taking you through some basic foundations of the Yang Lu Chan form and Small San Sau

  • Taiji Week 1 Class 2

    Episode 5

    Carrying on with YLC form into the third posture of block right, getting more foundations happening.
    Also SSS taking looking at the blocking hand in the first move.

  • Taiji Week 1 Class 3

    Episode 6

    Today we look at stepping exercises for the form.
    SSS get the full first move working and we also try this strike on the bag.

  • Stretching

    Episode 7

    You should do some stretching after each training session.
    The best time is in the evening when you're relaxing maybe watching a film sitting on the floor.
